Message from the President

Since the establishment of the EIKO Group in 1974, we have been challenging the needs for new vacuum technology head-on and have been helping with basic research in the various fields.
Responding seriously to the needs of researchers, particularly in the thin film deposition equipment such as molecular beam epitaxy system (MBE), sputtering system, etc. that fully utilize ultra-high vacuum technology, we have manufactured and delivered more than 1000 systems.
Thanks to the patronage of the researchers, I express our deepest appreciation that we have been able to contribute to this field for many years.
Recently, we are also working on the development of equipment in the research field aiming at the world’s best for solar power generation panels, next-generation non-volatile memory and so on.
We will continue to satisfy customers’ requests with the motto of developing earth-friendly equipment through state-of-the-art vacuum technology.
I would like to ask you for your further support and guidance.
